Sole graphic designer and art director who lead all print and web initiatives for an aviation company. Worked on their annual catalog for five years. Each publication was approximately 100 pages. Designed it from concept to completion and worked directly with the print vendors on the entire process, including various rounds of proofing. Sourced the talent and photographer and art directed the photo shoots for the images used within the catalog and in other marketing materials. Created mood boards for the photographer to ensure creative vision and brand consistency on-set. Applied my retouching capabilities to enhance and refine images.
Collaborated cross-functionally with the public relations team to create the Timberwolves and Lynx media guides every season for seven years. Each consisted of approximately 200 – 300 pages and contained player bios, history, records, playoffs, NBA team stats and community achievements. Prepared and packaged the files for print and worked with the print vendor to accent the 20th season logo with a shiny, foil treatment. Worked with the team photographer and the players to art direct the photo shoots, capturing compelling imagery that was used for the media guides and throughout the seasons. Applied my retouching skills to isolate the players from the backgrounds and color correct when necessary.
Sole graphic designer who created the Timberwolves Season Ticket Renewal packet. Collaborated with numerous departments to brainstorm creative concepts. Worked with the print vendor to create a specialized eight page brochure that had a fold out back panel and pocket for single sheet order forms. Elevated the collateral by enhancing the logo and copy by using metalllic silver accents and bevel and emboss effects to create a raised, three-dimentional look, adding depth and visual interest.
Created a modern brochure for a high-end, luxury real estate property. Used compelling imagery and a sleek design to highlight the exclusive and charming office and retail space.
